Today we had a quiz on emotion signs. Unit 5 vocab packets were handed out and demonstrated. See Mrs. G. after school or during 1st lunch to make up the quiz and have signs demonstrated.

Fingerspelling practice # 17

Today unit 5 vocabulary was introduced.


If you were absent on 3/24 you missed the vocabulary/reception exam for unit 4. The make up test will be afterschool this Thursday, March 31.

If you were absent between 3/14 and 3/23, be sure that you have read chapters 24-36 of "For Hearing People Only". ASL also finished the unit 4 packet . I was out with an injury so those dates are not posted. See Mrs. G to check out a Signing Naturally videotape.

Today was a quiz from fingerspelling practice #16.

Today we did "Comprehension-Grid Game" out of the Signing Naturally Unit 4 packet. We also finished Spatial Referencing and Pair Practice. You must make these sections up by checking out a Signing Naturally video tape.

The homework papers for "Love is Never Silent" are due Monday, March 14. Progress reports are due Tuesday, March 14. Tee shirt forms are due March 28. Trix Bruce ticket pre-order forms are due March 23.

Today we did conversation 1 and 2 out of the Signing Naturally Unit 4 packet. We also finished Spatial Referencing and Pair Practice. You must make these sections up by checking out a Signing Naturally video tape.

Fingerspelling practice # 16.

We finished "My Vacation" presentations and then watched "Love is Never Silent". If you need to make up any part of this movie to complete the worksheet I will show it after school on Thursday, March 10. There is a homework assignment on the bottom of the worksheet. It is due on Monday, March 14.

Fingerspelling practice #16.

Today Mrs. G demonstrated "3 Things About My Vacation". You will sign 3-4 details about 3 events during Mid-Winter break in front of the class on Thursday. You will need to practice at home and you will have Wednesday's class period to work on it. I suggest writing it out in English and glossing it into ASL, but I will not collect the gloss.

Tuesday we will go to the computer lab to type Deaf Culture Contacts.
